This agreement is between I, the Artist, and you, the Client, for work services performed on a project known as the Work. Commissioning me you agree with all my TOS, break one of those rules and you will get to my blacklist or worse.

GENERAL TOS

  • Prices and my TOS are subject to change

  • Your commission will be started after I've received full payment.

  • Payment only via Paypal. (Para brasileiros, pix e picpay )

  • Full refunds only can be made before the start of the art, I can refund only 50% if it's after the sketch. No refunds if the art has been lined.

  • In the circumstance that I need to cancel your commission, you will be fully refunded.

  • I reserve the right to post commissioned art to my platforms unless specifically requested not to beforehand. Art may be used by myself as examples for future commissions, YCH ads (if applicable) and portfolio work

  • I have the right to refuse projects and requests according to my discernment and capabilities.

ILLUSTRATION

  • My work can be used only for personal reasons/uses.

  • DO NOT USE OR SELL MY ART AS NTF

  • Always credit me. If you use toyhouse, please credit my account.

  • NEVER remove my signature (or edit my art, for those please ask permission) + Don't claim as yours.

  • The completion of the Work requires 2 weeks at minimum, depending on commission type, complexity, and workload of commissions.

  • It's ok to repost your commission, just include the credits!

  • Please feel free to ask or message me if you want progress updates. I will be happy to accommodate you!

  • Please dm me for questions and provide as much reference as you can for the character commissioned
